Important Pricing Update: Fair & Thoughtful Tariff Adjustments

At DOWNLITE, we understand that pricing changes can be challenging, and we want to be as transparent as possible about how recent tariff increases are impacting costs.

Rather than applying a flat 10% price increase, we have carefully analyzed our costs and the percentage of domestically sourced versus imported materials. Thanks to our USA-based manufacturing and sourcing strategy, we are pleased to share that the overall price adjustment will be only 8%, significantly lower than the full tariff impact.

Why Our Pricing Approach is Different

Many competitors are passing on the full tariff percentage to their customers. However, because we manufacture the majority of our products in the USA, we have taken a more precise approach:

• Minimal Impact on USA-Made Products: If a product is manufactured in the USA using primarily domestically sourced materials, we were able to calculate a lower increase.
• Reduced Impact on Partially Imported Components: For products that include imported materials, we are only applying the tariff to those specific components, not the entire cost of the product.
• Lower Overall Price Adjustment: Instead of a blanket 10% increase, our careful cost analysis allows us to limit the overall impact to just 8% on affected products.
