Temporary Guest Checkouts & Order History Issues

Hello DOWNLITE wholesale friends,

Recently our eCommerce shopping platform implemented a checkout process temporarily forcing all checkouts to become guest checkouts.

In the short term you will notice, upon checking out, a message letting you know an email will be sent to allow you to create an account after you order. When you click the email and create your new password, the order you just placed will not be in your history. Don't worry! You will still get an order confirmation email letting you know your order info.

We will manually associate your recent order to any previous orders you may have placed.
